A New Home For These Lovely Ladies

I am really excited today. These two, lovely ladies have been asked to preside over an article on the Poetry Foundation's website! The article is on the poet Michael Field who was actually a pen name for two women who wrote together. You can see why this picture fits the article so perfectly. You can read the article here.
If all of this sounds a bit familiar, it is because this elegant lady first made the connection. You can read about it right here.

Badgertastic!!!!

The web is abuzz about a new blog called Sleep Talkin' Man. If you haven't seen it yet, you must. It is absurdly and absolutely hilarious. I laughed until I cried.
It is written by a woman whose husband talks in his sleep all night about the most unbelievable things. She decided to set up a voice activated recorder to catch his nighttime musings and share them on her blog.
I must warn you, however, that some of them are quite filthy. So, if you are easily offended, it might not be your cup of tea. Here is a small sampling of some of the hilarity:

"My badger's gonna unleash hell on your ass. Badgertastic!"

"My vision of hell is a lentil casserole."

"Don't leave the duck there. It's totally irresponsible."

"Where do you think YOU'RE going, hmmm? I knew it. The cupboard. You and your cupboard."

I Have A New Boyfriend

Just teasing.
I do have a new blog that I love called Nerd Boyfriend.
Not only does it have the most amazing photos of great celebrities, it tells you exactly where you can get their style. Here are some of my favorite pics.
I can never see enough of David Bowie.

Al Pacino and Robert De Niro.
Is that a velvet suit Mr. De Niro is wearing?

Errol Flynn
Oh, how I covet that sweater.

Steve Martin
My favorite picture.

Yes, Another Video

I know my posts have been rather video-heavy as of late. It just seems that I can't click my mouse without coming across another great video or clip.
This video, I Say Fever, by Ramona Falls is dark and strange and utterly amazing. I am mad for all of the great victorian imagery in it.
Hope you enjoy!
